Too Feminist & Too Traditional

An Orthodox woman can align herself with the Orthodox Feminist movement.
Or she can remain close to the traditional community.
But who fits perfectly into one community or the other?

Avigayil shares:
I overlapped between communities.
Meaning that I fit in nowhere.  I was too feminist for Chabad communities
and schools, and too Chabad for the feminists communities and schools.
I was left with no community, without friendships and the guidance of women,
and without a teacher.  Not close with any families,
and unable to find a shidduch (which perpetuated the isolation).

Have you experienced alienation and isolation in a similar way?  Please comment below and tell us about it.
